01 Mission Briefing

Launching into Cosmic Blitz means you have read and agreed to these terms. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cosmic Blitz (the "Game"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Game immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Cosmic Blitz Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

02 About Cosmic Blitz

Cosmic Blitz is a free-to-play entertainment game hosted on cosmicblitz.fun. The Game is entirely social and recreational in nature. Specifically:

• No real money, currency, or financial assets are wagered at any time
• No real prizes, cash, or items of monetary value can be won
• All in-game tokens exist solely within the game environment
• The Game is not regulated by any gambling authority or body
• Performance within the Game does not predict real-world outcomes

03 Who Can Pilot

To use Cosmic Blitz, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Game for any reason at any time.

04 Star Credits

The Game uses virtual tokens ("Tokens") for scoring. You acknowledge that these Tokens:

• Have no real-world monetary value whatsoever
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or real-world goods
• Cannot be transferred or sold to any third party
• May be reset or modified by us at any time without notice

05 Pilot Rules

You agree not to: use cheats or exploits; attempt to reverse-engineer the Game; use bots or automation; engage in conduct that harms other users; or violate any applicable law while using the Game.

06 Intellectual Property

All content in Cosmic Blitz — including graphics, sounds, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Cosmic Blitz Labs and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Game without prior written permission.

07 No Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by your local jurisdiction.

08 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Blitz Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data or virtual tokens.

09 Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
